Each eNewsletter has a special link, “Send to a friend.” Your newsletter readers may not have the particular condition described in an article, but their friend might. With the link, your patient can type their friend’s name and email address and your newsletter will be sent to their friend. The friend’s name and email will be captured so that future newsletters will also be sent to all friends. Watch your “Sending history reports” to see the growing number of friends (potential new patients) after each issue.
Market to your existing patient base. It’s been proven time and again that it’s more cost efficient to market to existing customers than to pay to advertise for new customers. The eNewsletter increases elective services from patients and their family members who had not realized that you provided those services.
